Do you need support? Or is your plumbing faulty or you need something checked out? Raise a ticket, take a photo and we shall address it as soon as possible. Once rectified your ticket will be updated and a photo of work done will be shared.

Finding a place to stay is easy with Hooyga. How?

  • On the homepage select Properties from the Main Menu
  • Use the filter to search to narrow down the properties or
  • Use the map to pinpoint the exact location of a property
  • Select "View Details" to view the property information
  • Give us a call.

Paying your rent has never been easier. See how below

  • Login to your tenant portal with credentials provided
  • View unpaid/ overdue invoices from the dashboard
  • Select Invoices on the Menu
  • Select "Pay Now" from the actions
  • Select the payment method and currency
  • Proceed to Pay.

Did you ran out of gas or do you need water? Worry no more, we got you covered. How?

  • Login to your tenant portal
  • On your dashboard select "Order Gas / Water"
  • Select "Utility Type" eg gas/water
  • Select "Utility" eg. 13Kgs Gas
  • Select "Quantity"
  • Place your order.

  • Login to your tenant portal
  • Select "Maintenance Request" from the menu
  • Select " Add Maintenance Request"
  • Select "Issue" and give a description
